  • Confidentiality.   All manuscripts are treated as confidential documents. 
• Decision on Publication. Article received are evaluated regressively by the Editorial Board then approval for publication is sought by Competent Authority. Reasons for rejection or non-acceptance of articles are not conveyed to the authors being confidential.
